The planning team completed the following in 2019:
- Reviewed our Association by-laws to keep us compliant with state requirements
- Set up cloud storage for TLIA documents
- Created a long-term plan for our parks and recreational facilities
Planning is an opportunity to think about where we should devote our efforts apart from day-to-day operations and to aid us in budgeting.
The plan is revised regularly to reflect available funds and members’ needs. We Include audits of existing facilities and lay out a prospective schedule for renewal or improvement. The plan gives us an opportunity to plan ahead for what we want to get done with an emphasis on “flexibility”.
The Long Range Planning committee welcomes input from members.
Meeting Dates:
Long Range Planning Committee is a small group of volunteers. Meetings occur throughout the year as necessary and the dates are published in the TLIA Calendar. If you are interested in volunteering, or if you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us.
