The Tower Lakes Improvement Association (TLIA) is an Illinois Home Owners Association. This site is intended for exclusive use by TLIA Members.
TLIA is a Homeowner’s Association licensed under the Illinois Common Interest Community Association Act to serve and support the common interests of Tower Lakes homeowners. Association membership is mandatory for residents in the Tower Lakes areas of North Lake, East Side, West Side, and South Hills. Neighboring village residents in Country Club Estates, Fenview Estates, Tower Trails, and the Village of Tower Lakes may opt to use the facilities and access the events of TLIA using an annual Recreational Family Pass Program.
All TLIA amenities, grounds, and events listed on this website are for the exclusive use of all TLIA and Recreational Family Pass Program (RFPP) members in good standing and their guests.

If you have photos on your cell phone or tablet/iPad of life in Tower Lakes WE WANT TO SEE THEM. Events, Scenery, Wildlife, or Shenanigans!
We’ll add them to the Gallery and give you credit. We may even use them for design elements on the site.
