President’s Update
Hello Neighbors,
Summer is here! After the weather has gone from cold to hot to rainy to cold and back to hot, it is finally summer!
It was a wonderful Food Crawl in May! Tower Lakers had a chance to meet new neighbors, reconnect with old friends and celebrate our fun-loving community! After a two-year hiatus, it was great to get back to enjoying food and drinks together. Thank you to the Events Committee for a successful evening!
In the spirit of our great community, please remember to sign up to water one of our gardens for a week this summer. We all want our kids to grow up here in this beautiful place – how about having them help out and take ownership of keeping our gardens watered and garbage-free? Thank you to those that have already signed up – there are plenty of times left for others to help out! Click here to sign up
June is a busy month with children finishing up school, graduation parties for high school and college graduates, TL lessons beginning (swimming and tennis) and adult activities (tennis, pickleball and volleyball), so please be conscious of cleaning up after yourselves and being kind when parking on our narrow streets. Drive carefully and within the speed limit as there are people walking to those activities.
A few reminders:
- If you are ready to enhance your shoreline, remember to talk to the Lake Committee for approval.
- Sign up to help out for the 4th of July – TL’s biggest party.
- Be respectful to the lifeguards, swim instructors and tennis instructors – they are your neighbors, too!
- Political signs are not allowed on TLIA property.
Looking forward to a great summer!
